 a great little neighborhood, consider getting involved.
The association needs new ideas and new members.

HOA DUES can be paid at the Picnic, mailed to the address

on the contact-us page, or given to your block captain,

Dues are only $10 for the whole year and help cover the costs

of the picnics, Easter Egg Hunt, newsletters, and other expenses.
You can mail your dues to the address here

All new residents are invited to come to the picnic

and receive a free one-year membership.

Please help our community by becoming a member.

EVENTS IN EASTGATE

Our Community picnics are held at the Eastgate Park on

Poplar Ave from 1-3 PM. Hamburgers, hot dogs and

beverages are provided. We have speakers that include

candidates for city offices, departments from the City of

Venice or a local organization. If you have a suggestion for a speaker, please let us know.You are welcome to bring a dish to share and cash for the 50/50 drawing.

Oct. 17th, 2026, 1:00-3:00 Fall Picnic in the Park

The candidates for City Council will be speaking. There will be a question and answer period so bring any questions you may have.

Dec. 13th, 2026, 2:00 PM Cookie Exchange

Kim Roth’s house (1323 Cypress Ave) Bring cookies to share and bring an empty container to take some home. Or stop in to have a a snack and socialize. This event is well attended and there area always LOTS of cookies!

Jan. 30th, 2027, 1:00-3:00 Picnic in the Park

A resource officer will speak

about scams and assistance available to our residents.

Feb. 13th, 2027, 8:00-1:00 PM Community Garage Sale

Lots of good deals to be found!
